PUBLIC NOTICE CALLING FOR INSPECTION OF THE GENERAL VALUATION ROLL AND LODGING OF OBJECTIONS
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) of the Local Government Municipal Property Rates Act 2004 (Act no 6 of 2004) as amended by the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Amendment Act 29 of 2014 hereinafter referred to as the “Act” that the valuation roll for the financial years 1 JULY 2024 TO 30 JUNE 2029 is open for public inspection at the COFIMVABA MUNICIPAL OFFICES and TSOMO MUNICIPAL OFFICES FROM 21 FEBRUARY 2024 TO 02 APRIL 2024. In addition the valuation roll is available at the municipal website: www.intsikayethu.gov.za
The CLOSING DATE FOR OBJECTIONS is 02 APRIL 2024
